Prior to that was deputy editor/acting editor of The Grocer, group editor of Centaur Business Intelligence (including Brand Strategy and the PFI Report), launch editor of In-Store Marketing, deputy editor of Retail Week and deputy editor of Leisure Week. Also freelanced for titles including Marketing, Design Week, Nightclub, the Publican and national papers including the FT. Began career in 1989 after gaining a post graduate journalism qualification and a BA in history and politics at University of Wales, Swansea.
