Call-centre workers are the most likely employees to have a relationship with a colleague - followed by finance and HR staff.

Lloydspharmacy polled over 3,000 people and when asked if they'd ever had a romantic indiscretion with a colleague almost one in three (29.5%) call-centre workers admitted to a romantic liaison with someone they work with.

People who work in finance (28%) and HR (26.5%) came second and third in the league table of workplace indiscretions.

When it comes to the regional breakdown, it was the Welsh that top the league for sharing something a little more intimate than a salad sandwich with a colleague.
