Aramark has launched a new voluntary benefits scheme targeted at frontline staff.

The programme, Your Benefits, has been designed to help staff save money during the current economic climate by providing a personal taxation service and financial and mortgage helpline as well as discounts on shopping, days out, holidays, gym membership and healthcare plans.

The benefits scheme will be rolled out over the next three months and will be communicated to staff using briefings, leaflets and a bespoke website.

Robbie Wheeler [pictured], HR director at Aramark, said: "Aramark is a forward-thinking employer and central to this is the belief that people are the company's most valuable asset.

"This package has been launched in response to the current economic climate to provide employees with extra support where they need it, when they need it. We know traditional benefits are important but if there is a way to make life easier now when it matters we are passionate about making it happen.

"Feedback so far has been extremely positive in response to the wide variety of benefit options on offer and on how the programme has been rolled out. We see it as being a key recruitment and retention tool that will aid employee engagement and set us apart from other employers."
