Nominet has held a wellbeing week for employees to help increase their health and fitness and increase productivity.
The organisation, which is the registry for .uk domain names, geared the event around yew year resolutions and focused on stopping smoking, healthier diet, exercising at desks and alcohol awareness.
The week was designed so all staff members could work as a team to learn something about their general wellbeing and is part of Nominet's ongoing programme to improve staff wellbeing, performance and encourage employees to ‘love coming to work'.
