Woods, who will report to the multinational food business's CEO, Chris Britton, is currently chief personnel officer for PepsiCo UK and Ireland.

 

She has held a number of international HR and commercial roles at PepsiCo since she joined the company in 1993, including head of HR for the Asia Pacific business unit in the Asia region, where she led the PepsiCo International integration process across multiple geographies, diverse business models and cultures.
