Ceri Assiratti becomes an independent member of the board of RCT Homes.

Assiratti is currently head of people services at the Admiral Group, having joined in 1995. In 2007 he was appointed HR chief for the group. Since then he has seen the organisation grow to almost 3,000 employees in centres at Cardiff, Newport and Swansea and has established operations in seven other countries. RCT Homes became Wales's largest social housing organisation when it took over the ownership and management of Rhondda Cynon Taff Council's housing stock of nearly 11,000 homes.
