Andrew Groves becomes head of national resourcing in the UK at Yell.
Groves will lead a team of resourcing specialists at the directories business, reporting to Phil Barr, Yell's UK head of HR. Groves joins from Reed Business Information where, as head of recruitment, he was responsible for establishing a new internal recruitment team concentrating on direct hires. He has also previously held recruitment roles at Barclays Capital, Attenda and Reed Computing.
